Custom remodeling is our primary focus in the residential market. Our in-house carpentry staff and trade partners take pride in doing things the right way and it shows in the final product. We are selective in our hiring process and we only employ tradesmen that embody our core values - Growth, Respect, Integrity, and Transparency. Restoration
Principal Owner, Martin Litwin, is passionate about classic architecture. He was born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, so eclectic architecture is normal for him. His passion and appreciation for strange and atypical design becomes apparent during design meetings. He strives to push the envelope of what is possible. Restoration of classic structures requires his extensive knowledge of historical building practices and building products. It also requires his connections within the building community to ensure the RIGHT tradesmen are employed and the proper products are sourced. Our concentration is in the Mid-Century Modern period. Emergency Mobilization
When disaster strikes, Crest Construction is here to help you cleanup. We are always available for emergency mobilizations to secure buildings, clear debris, install new roofs, and install emergency shoring to collapsing structures. We can also assist in the rebuilding process; however, at this time, we do not offer direct negotiations with insurance carriers.
