Luxury residential construction is our sole focus in the residential market. Our staff and trade partners take pride in using the best technology, design, and construction methods. We are selective in our client selection process because the relationship between client and company is important to an enjoyable process.

Owner, Martin Litwin, is passionate about architecture. He was born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, so eclectic architecture is normal for him. His passion and appreciation for strange and atypical design becomes apparent during design meetings. He strives to push the envelope of what is possible. Our concentration is in the Mid-Century Modern period.
