Webb Home (c.1957) - UNDERWAY
Construction on this 3100sqft mid-century gem began February of 2022. Completion is scheduled for end of year 2022. Utilizing period correct terrazzo flooring, soapstone-look countertops, and refined custom millwork will render this a true mid-century-international gem. This project will utilize reclaimed architectural pieces from South Asia and East Asia. Most notable on this project is the conservation effort required to shore up the branch structure of the historic live oak and leave is undamaged upon completion.
Wardlaw Home (c.1965)
This 4300sqft full gut involved tireless design efforts from many sub-contractors and designers. What began as a lip-stick rehab developed into a full gut. New MEP, removal of major load bearing walls, spa-like master bathroom, and major design work to achieve reduced ACH ratings. This home is COMFORTABLE for living and easily maintains 70-degrees year round. Completed 2022. Photos coming soon.
Indian Lakes
We were hired to turn a 2-car garage into a mother-in-law suite with a new kitchen and new bathroom… AND add 1100sqft 3-car-garage & mudroom. This job took 9-weeks. We spent another 1-week completing the mudroom cabinetry and touch-ups.
Honeysuckle Design/Build
This Design/Build project came to us through referral. We worked with the customer at the pre-construction/design phase to develop an inviting and livable space that met their budget. Removed (2) load bearing walls, installed custom millwork, in-filled the sunken-in living room, installed new flooring, installed new lighting, and painted the space.
LA Tech Renovation
This remodel include a new master shower, new G-grade countertops, all new lighting, painting, tray ceiling installation, accent wall, apron sink upgrade… the list goes on. We completed the scope in 3 weeks and within budget.
