Webb Home (c.1957)
Full renovation. Utilized period correct terrazzo flooring, soapstone-look countertops, imported tile, specialty tile from Turkey, refined custom millwork, and an endless list of other items to render a true mid-century-international gem. Home designed around clients collection of pieces from around the world. Most notable on this project is the conservation efforts taken while installing new sewage around a historic oak tree to prevent damaging the root structure. Every surface of this home was touched. This project is a perfect depiction of what happens when a client and contractor share a vision.
