Martin Litwin is the founder and sole owner of Crest Construction. His expertise touches many fields including real estate development, building envelope design, cold-form framing, construction processes, estimating, and technology.

Madeline antony - office administrator

Madeline Antony keeps our office running. She handles payroll, AP, AR, property management, and all the in between. She has valuable years of experience in apartment property management, recovery homes, and running a painting business. Outside of work, she loves to catch a good concert and spend time with her friends & children.

CHIP MILLER - Estimator

Chip Miller comes from a background of wearing tool bags and building homes with his own hands. His deep understanding of construction processes, production, building mechanics, and building products is vitally important to our estimating process. Away from work, you can catch chip playing golf and working on carpentry projects.

ERIC TURNER - superintendent

Eric Turner has has been a builder for decades. He is an expert in the construction process from estimating all the way to tenant turnover. Eric’s years in law enforcement and construction are apparent in the discipline and determination Eric exhibits on the jobsite. Eric enjoys his free time with his wife and grown kids riding horses, farming, traveling, and boiling crawfish.

Keith berry - superintendent & lead carpenter

Keith Berry worked for years as a remodeler. There isn’t much that ruffles his feathers. We rely heavily on Keith to solve complex carpentry problems in our residential division and to supervise all facets of our construction projects. Keith loves his wife, family, and the lord. On his off days, he is smoking meat and cheese, doing small carpentry projects, and playing disc golf.

tommy lee- project manager

Tommy Lee is currently pursuing a Construction Management degree at ULM. He has a focused determination to serve clients and exceed their expectations. His detail focused nature have been extremely important in the development of Crest Constructions management strategy.

ryan Hinkie- superintendent - roofing division

Ryan Hinkie has been a commercial roofing superintendent for over a decade. His reputation precedes him in the commercial roofing sector. Ryan is an expert in all low-slope roofing assemblies and an expert in handling insurance claims on behalf of investors, landlords, and property managers. Ryan loves his children, loves his dog, and loves the feeling of accomplishment that comes from roofing projects.

kaleb ford - estimator & project manager - roofing division

Kaleb Ford obtained his bachelors degree in Construction Management from ULM. He cut his teeth working for a local self-performing roofing contractor. Kaleb has taken over all estimating and project management for our roofing division. His education is extremely beneficial in the estimating process and his handoffs from office to field are flawless.
